MORGAN PAPPAS enjoys a career in music with many hats. She is currently the Executive Director for Marsalis Mansion Artists, an up-and-coming boutique Artist Agency that she founded with CEO Rodney Marsalis, and an Editor for The Flute View online magazine. She was the former Director for the Galway Flute Festival and former Sales Manager/Resident Flutist for the Flute Center of New York. Morgan holds degrees from New York University and Aaron Copland School of Music in Flute Performance and Music Education. Upon graduating, she worked for established non-profits in NYC to develop and run programs that provide free instrumental music instruction and mentorship in underserved communities.
Morgan’s main passion has always been helping her friends and colleagues reach their maximum potential in their musical projects and endeavors. In 2016, she launched her social media marketing business. Starting with a few accounts, she quickly grew them to become some of the largest Instagram accounts in the flute and classical music communities. Her work with social media management naturally evolved to titles such as “Manager” for world-renowned musicians and “Concert Producer” at New York City venues such as Carnegie Hall.
Her expertise with social media has led to other projects, such as running the Galway Flute Festival based in Switzerland and accepting a position as Director of Operations for Marsalis Mansion Artists, which manages the esteemed The Rodney Marsalis Philadelphia Big Brass Band. Morgan also has experience helping musicians obtain O-1B Visas to work and perform in the United States.
Through her connections in the music world, her organizational strengths, and her innate professionalism, Morgan helps musicians worldwide elevate their careers.
